hmm.. the time has come yet again? for less-than-immediate families to reunite for a much-hated angbao fest.. (little kids luv it tho?) well..
having spent the last 6mths of my life in army, wud be ridiculous if army didnt gif us a CNY celebration of their own.. we had one yesterday.. reunion night.. but damn, i woke up late.. arnd 6.. had to rush and take a taxi.. fking exp lor!! 20bucks! lucky for me, i gt one real easy and was able to reach camp early.. weird... if u ask me.. like 6.40am kinda early.. aniwayz, we had some kinda "aerobics" exercise.. more like bcct sia.. even the instructor is bcct one.. was a fun workout for a change tho, comparing to the normal life run we haf at HQ armour. There was fun and games afterwards.. and a "feast" which was kinda like a buffet.. tho, the cookhse ppl seemed more anxious to keep awy all e food and chase us awy.. idiots.
but ok lar... abit bored after bookout.. so went to bugis walk walk abit.. alone.. quite a few chio bu.. nt bad i guess? maybe i shud hang arnd there more? HAHA! had a nice quiet reunion dinner when i finally got home..
Today was okay i guess.. went over to my "father side" of the family to bai nian.. basically is camp at the hse of one of my aunts and wait for the rest of the family to "arrive for the kill". hahaz! budden oso got see ppl from the other side of my aunt's family.. of which, a particular mention, one rather chio de gal.. to much makeup tho.. but certainly dun look like my type de.. too white liaoz. hmm.. my cousins and distant nephews/nieces all grown up liao sia.. feel so old lor.. came hm rather early to rest.. tml got guard duty back in camp mahz.. sianz... for now.. time to soak in the hols mood.. tml finish the bloody thing and then continue on wif life! lolz.
