today off day sia! came back in e morning liddat.. had lunch at hm.. tuanged abit arnd the hse, checked mail and stuff... even put in sometime to watch a decent movie online. the movie was "i like it hot 2".. funny movie wif some mild vulgarities and sexual references.. light hearted yet makes u wanna fall in love.. nt bad lar.. if ya wanna watch, go crunchyroll.com and find :).. whilst its still there!
met ric at abt 9 (well he said 8 then 8plus...) to walk walk and talk cock as well as haf some dinner.. okkkk laaa... haf fun wif him, and even got time to go play pool b4 going home.. tho its oni my 2nd time.. and my finger keep on cramping.. mus be play too much games.. not flexible one... :(

ahhh.. today is my home leave.. woke up quite early today cos kena awoken by some "wake" going on at my voiddeck... the irony.. a wake caused me to wake up... ok laa... afternoon was kept frm sleeping by some renovation work going on beside my house... got quite fed up.. so went out to walk walk instead... went plaza sing and bugis to check out the GSS before it ends.. managed to get a shirt frm springfield.. first time i went into a "changing room" to try a shirt for a long time.. usually i jus buy cos i dun wanna let ppl wait for me bahz... feels good to take my time to walk arnd... oh well, not bad for a day that i cant find anyone to go out wif.. sometimes i do think i need a gf for times like this? but yet, i get by fine each time...
urghh.. nvm la! focus on the task at hand! 2 day and 2 night shift more to finish.... hopefully..........

had an off day today.. so met up wif bren at amk hub for dinner and movie.. watched "get smart" which is a comedy abt max smart from the secret service. thru some twist of events, he managed to convert frm a desk job to become a field agent and get paired up with the beautiful agent 99 (anne hathaway). His mission was to eliminate the threat posed by evil organization, "chaos" and their "yellow cake uranium". The story had many memorable scenes including the smart's dance wif the fat lady. a light-hearted movie for the viewers but the movie ending leaves more to be desired. too abrupt and lack of actual "destruction" of chaos and the all-too-happy, nerd-got-the-pretty-babe ending is too predictable. not bad an experience but only worth the wkday price i paid for it..

Got this game a few mths back.. around march, when i was still on course.. From the first min i got it, i was impressed by the graphics of the cutscenes in the game.. absolutely stunning, similar to what we got in advent children, only, this is A GAME. The story begins with an easy mission to slay a behemoth, allowing the user to get used to the new combat mode as well as it limit-breaker system.
As the story unfolds, the game increases it difficulty level progressively. Stronger monsters emerge, as well as status effects and advanced spells, made available through the use of materia, something that should not be too unfamiliar for avid FF fans. Summons are made through the new jackpot system, as with the limitbreakers. Summon CGI are impressive, though, the transition back to regular gameplay may leave some hardcore gamers with a sour after-taste. The highlight of this game is the battle with sephiroth, and his "demise", a familiar scene in the memories of FF fans.
From zack's first mission to his promotion to 1st-class soldier, to his relationships with the various characters( and ultimately, his death) the story brings the user through an emotional roller-coaster as Soldier legend Zack Fair, the predecessor of Cloud Strife in the FFVII series.
Besides the normal story mode, which is probably worth about 12hrs of gameplay, there is the mission mode whereby the user can take on single missions to achieve certain goals, some of which, are linked to the storyline. The ultimate boss in this mode is the the goddess of the world, with millions of health, proved to be one hard cookie for many.
A game to enjoy for both FF fans and casual gamers, i will have to agree that the end result will lead to a sudden thirst for more FFVII. Remake, anyone?

ahh.. back at home, for a while..... past wk has been quite alrite bahh... coming to terms wif the facts alr... sian.. 2more wks to go.. but still staying at the sensor there.. so nt bad... pity they r leaving alr..... finally getting used to the life... hmm.. oh well.. two ns personnels died in training in the past wk..
sort of highlighted the dangers of being a "Servant" (who is paid 400/mth)to the nation. oh well... sometimes, mus realli see lar.. dun cut corners and stuff.. listen to orders, but oso use ur own common sense, if u can take it, dun gei kiang... sure got prob later one.. tats a piece of advice for the chao geng king , me! =) completing my FFVII crisis core alr..... beat minerva!! got the godlike item... happpy :)
back, yet again, and off i go..

hmm.. back at home for 1 day...... going back at night.... tml another 2 day shifts b4 a long friday.. then sat and sun duty.. sian ah.. machiam kena bullied liddat.. now they tell me haf to do the whole mth.. dun care lar! mus find some way to wiggle outta tis shit.. wah lao eh.. if liddat, i am the oni one from my unit who do 1mth? the rest all change lor.. wtf.. so unfair lor! urghh.. then somemore they r enforcing wat they call the integrity of the operation.. wtf.. means cant even bring fm radio to keep urself awake to look for msk.. and no handphones... realli.... sometimes i feel things can be done so much better, if soldiers r allowed to think instead of jus following orders blindly.. esp if ppl up there, dun even think in the first place.. urgh!!!!!

went out wif bren today cos got off frm the ops... went to watch narnia and walk walk abit in orchard... not bad a movie.. quite alot of effects... alot better than expected, based on opinions frm frens and ppl arnd me.. not gona write a hefty review for this movie, simply cos too tired alr... tml haf to go back to camp.. wait, its today.. darn.. pass 12 alr!!!! URGHHH!!!! MUST GO TO SLEEP LIAO.. TML 9am MUST REACH CAMP!!!! URGHHH!!!!! off to bed, i go :)

currently on ops now on a 12/12 basis.. tiring... and boring... hope it will end soon.. back home for a while t refresh myself and check some mail b4 i set off to camp again.. stuff regarding the ops is S-I-C.. so cant realli reveal bahz.. haizzzz.... nvm.. 6 more duties to the end of this thing! 1/4 through already!!! (that is, if i am going back aft 2 wks)

ah.. yet another wk passes by in my countdown to ORD. this wk, quite okay la... nt as bad.. cos managed to "siam" the exercise... turns out, i wasnt needed, so i managed to catch abit of rest in camp and then served my guard duty on thurs... lolz.. nt bad at all... played ball wif gl on sat at the sheltered court near tp.. rained halfway, but we were at the shelter so, DOESNT AFFECT US =P had a stupid idea and ended up playing 1 on 1 full court.. OWNAGE SEH! shud plae more of tis.. quite taxing on the body.. gd training! maybe next time... went to tp to "bathe" and set off to orchard to walk walk.. browse shops bahz... join into the Great Singapore Sale.. didnt buy anything tho.. the sales werent vry lucrative at the least, and those with some decent price cuts, had middle-aged obasans swarming all over the racks... =.=" not vry appealing, especially the queue at the cashier.. so, ended up empty handed, anyone on for a decent shopping trip on a wkday? try me aft my ops.. should haf a few off days to spare for this bah..
swam today.. cudnt believe my luck when i saw that the pool was open for FREE! gosh.. some sort of family day thingy and it was free! lucky i nvr go ytd.. if nt miss tis offer liao! hahaz...
anywayz, on ops tml liao.. from wat i heard, is a stay-in thing, so, gotta go "serve" the nation and nab that elusive terrorist-wannabe who escaped frm the toilet.
